📦Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Times

  • Belgium: 1–3 business days
  • International orders: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country

We ship to the following countries:

Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Norway, United Kingdom, Turkey, and Morocco.;

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via Bpost, PostNL or trusted international partners.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (such as customs, carrier delays, or high demand periods).

Noare is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Noare cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Noare is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If you experience an issue, please contact us and we will assist you where possible.

🔄Returns & Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.;

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unopened
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned.

  • Reason for return

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival
  • The wrong item was delivered;

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns within 14 days will receive a full refund via the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe after approval;

Late Returns

If a product is returned after 14 days:

  • The product must still be unopened
  • You may receive store credit instead of a refund;

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the product
  • Your order number

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
